Depending on the project, most times the first thing we are going to do is put your project on our state of the art, environmentally friendly steam pad in order to degrease and acid prep it to proper spec. From that point it will go into our semi-enclosed, weather regulated sandblast bay and get blasted to the appropriate tolerance with the particular media selected for your job. After blasting it will move into our prep bay where it will get vapor sealed and further acid prepped for paint. From there your project moves into our paint booth where it will get masked, prepped, primed with two thick coats of the appropriate primer and painted with two – 4 mill coats - of the top coat selected for the job.
